About the online store
The online store is owned and managed by RMK ehf., id. 5103042170, Tónahvarf 7, 203 Kópavogur. The product range is open to everyone, but prices appear, and orders are possible, once you have logged in with access to us.
Prices and payment terms
All prices are in Icelandic króna and with value added tax. Prices are subject to change without notice; prices confirmed in the order are valid for that order.
Wholesale prices are tied to sign-on Agreed companies receive wholesale prices and a 30-day payment deadline.
Orders
You will receive confirmation by email when the order has arrived. We will contact us if a product is not in stock or if something needs to be clarified better before the order is processed.
Delivery
You can pick up the order at Tónahvarf 7 during opening hours or have it shipped. Orders for stock products go on same day for shipment in Reykjavík; all over the country we ship with Dropp.
Shipping routes and shipping costs will appear when you complete your order.
Product returns and comments
Check the shipment upon delivery. If the product is damaged, missing or does not comply with the order, contact the sales department without undue delay order@rmk.is or in 554 2888 and we solve it.
Product returns on a non-defective product are in consultation with the sales department. Specially printed and specially produced products are not withdrawn.
Privacy and cookies
We use the information you provide us to process orders, maintain business history, and communicate about the business We do not deliver it to third parties except to deliver the shipment to you or where required by law.
