IDNÚ school days: Discounts on school books and longer opening hours!
The new school year is just around the corner and IÐNÚ welcomes all students to the popular School Days, which last from August 14 to 23.
IÐNÚ was founded in 1949 with the purpose of supporting vocational and vocational education in Iceland. At that time, there was a small supply of teaching materials in Icelandic for trades, so students had to rely on foreign books that were not suitable for Icelandic conditions.
Over 75 years, the publication has grown from a handful of titles to over 600 ''' books, e-books, webbooks, travel cards and stationery The publication is based on a tight partnership with teachers, professionals and schools across the country Every single book is tested in the classroom before it goes into circulation.
We are a small publishing house that serves a big role. Our books are used in over 40 secondary schools and professional schools from Vestmannaeyjar to Akureyri ÅR AND we ship the same day from stock in Brautarholt.
From the publishing company of apprentices to one of the largest publishers of study material in Iceland - courses from IÐNÚ's past from 1949 to the present day.
We are a small editorial board in Reykjavík that works closely with authors, teachers and schools. Orders, editorial and services - everything goes through the people below, with a name and not a case number.
